Call for Papers: Latest Trends in Management Literature: Emerging Perspectives and Future Directions

The field of management is undergoing rapid transformation due to technological advancements, changing workforce expectations, evolving business models, sustainability imperatives, and increasing global interconnectedness. These developments have generated a growing body of scholarly literature across diverse areas of management.

To capture and critically synthesize these emerging developments, we invite high-quality review papers for a special issue/edited collection titled: “Latest Trends in Management Literature: Emerging Perspectives and Future Directions”. The initiative aims to provide a comprehensive overview of emerging themes, theoretical developments, methodological advancements, and future research directions in management. The review papers should synthesize existing scholarly literature and identify meaningful research gaps and opportunities for future investigation.

The emergence of Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, machine learning, natural language processing, intelligent automation, and human–AI collaboration is creating new opportunities as well as theoretical, ethical, organizational, and managerial challenges. These developments call for timely scholarly perspectives and concise research communications that can contribute to emerging debates in management.
