Ushus - Journal of Business Management, seeks to facilitate critical study and in-depth reflection and analysis of issues, problems and concerns of Business Management, in order to further the directions and transformations needs to evolve in Business Management. It targets management scientists, educational institutions, research centres, policy makers and any individual interested in and committed to Business Management.
The Mission of Ushus Journal of Business Management (UJBM) is to publish high-quality original articles that make a significant contribution to the research areas.
This journal is an efficient enterprise where the editors play a central role in soliciting the best research papers, and where editorial decisions are reached in a timely fashion. UJBM does not have a length restriction and encourages the submission of longer articles in which more complex and detailed analysis is required.
