Multiple and Concurrent Publications

Submitting the same manuscript to more than one journal concurrently, constitutes unethical publishing behavior and is not encouraged. Manuscripts which have been published as copyrighted material elsewhere cannot be submitted for review or publication. Importantly, manuscripts under review by the journal should not be resubmitted to copyrighted publications. An author should not in general publish manuscripts describing essentially the same finding without substantial change or content in more than one journal or primary publication and such action is unethical and is unacceptable.
