Human Rights and Human Development share a common vision and purpose -to secureĀ the freedom,well being and dignity of all people everywhere.Human Rights add value to the agenda of development.It shifts the priority to the most deprived,especially to the deprivations based on discrimination.Acoording to the 1986 United Nations Declaration on the Rights to Development,the Rights to Development is an inalienable human right by viture of which every human being is entitled to enjoy economic,social,culturaland political development in which all human rights and fundamental freedoms can be fully realized.
