Publication and Copyright Policy

The journal is published quarterly, specifically in the months of March, June, September, and December of every year.

The Editorial Board is in charge of deciding which of the articles submitted to the journal should be published. The editorial board will be guided by the policies of the journal and constrained by legal requirements related to copyright infringement and plagiarism. Members of the editorial board will confer and refer to reviewers recommendations in making this decision.

Upon acceptance, the manuscript will be published in open-access format on the website of the journal and included in the forthcoming issue, as determined by the editors. By submitting a manuscript, the author(s) retain the rights to the published material. The journal follows a CC-BY license for all its published works (https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/deed.en). The journal uses Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform for workflow and archiving services. All issues of the journal are accessible freely online through the archiving service on the journal website.

The journal does not charge authors during any time of the publication process. Complimentary copies of the journal whether authors have published will be made available to the corresponding author upon request.
